Nicole Sells More Furniture When She Adds Plaster Stenciling

Nicole Kulis sells re-purposed furniture. But when she started adding our Raised Plaster Stencils, she wrote me and said that her furniture pieces now sell so quickly! And it’s no wonder why. Suddenly, these plain furniture pieces turn in to ornamental beauties with designs that appear hand carved on the surface.

Using the same Raised Plaster Brassio Stencil design, she created all of these lovely pieces to sell.

Now who wouldn’t want one of these adorable pieces of furniture as an ornamental focal point in a room?

When creating raised designs on furniture, there are a number of products you can use to create a more durable design. Consider WoodIcing, tile grout, or Durhams water putty (found at your local hardware store). Joint compound can also be used. Just be sure to paint over the design to protect it from chipping in the future.

See her fabulous side board make over here.
