Faux finish artist Deborah Cuyle and I have been friends for more than 20 years now. We have ogled each others art and stencil projects, collaborated on and shared our mural plans and she’s been one of the most frequent stencil customers I’ve ever had. Her use of plaster stencils and molds was simply over the top! This wall hanging done with plaster molds was done on a cupboard door. What a great use for something we tend to throw away.
The thing about artists is that they typically have many more talents than just pen and paper, brushes and paint or stencil uses, they have other talents that completely round out the incredible human creation machine they were born to be.
Deborah is also a fabulous writer! With over 20 historically correct Murder Books under her belt but is now also writing fiction that will just knock your socks off!
Her natural creativity has led her to also create a very unique and exciting website for her writing that is interactive! I’ve never seen that before and was just enthralled when I visited for the first time.
