Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Victoria Larsen Stencils purchase. Because our stencils are produced as orders are received, please read the following information before making a return.

Returns

Unused stencils may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Before returning your stencils, please contact us at Hello@victorialarsen.com to let us know you would like to make a return.

Stencils must be returned in the same condition and packaged in the same manner in which they were received. Whenever possible, please use the original packaging to help protect the stencils during return shipping.

We cannot issue a refund for stencils that are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.

Custom Stencils

Custom-sized or otherwise customized stencils are not returnable. This includes stencils where the original design, size, or stencil material has been changed specifically for your order.

Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued for the cost of the returned stencil(s).

Original shipping charges, when applicable, are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your stencil arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at Hello@victorialarsen.com so we can help resolve the issue.
