About Our Products:

All stencils are hand drawn, original art by Victoria Larsen. Once the design is completed, it is  then digitized in computer software so that it can be meticulously cut by our laser equipment. All designs are copyright Victoria Larsen 1991 – present day.

We do not stock product. Each order is produced as we receive it and your order typically ships within 2 business days.

All stencils come with easy to understand instructions and a color sheet of the design.

Plaster Stencils are laser cut out of 14 mil, heavy duty mylar which holds up extremely well to repeated use and continuous troweling or scraping. Of all the companies that produce plaster stencils, ours are by far, the highest quality and most durable. The pros swear by them for raised designs.

Painting stencils are laser cut out of 10 mil mylar depending on the design and intended use. For instance, Stencils designed specifically for furniture or counter top use are always cut out of 5 mil mylar because the flexibility allows you to curve the stencil around bull nose edges, over furniture legs or bent around corners.

Stencils designed for repeated wall use, such as wallpaper stencils, are cut out of 10 mil mylar for strength and durability.

Returns and Refunds:

You must contact us at victorysprings@yahoo.com to let us know of your intent to return stencils. as we have specific instructions for the packaging of your stencils for return. Using the same packaging the stencils came in always results in damage to the stencils. We cannot refund on damaged stencils.

Custom sized stencils are not returnable since the original design has changed in some way or there has been a change in the material the stencil is made of.

You can return your un-used stencils within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus shipping fees. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

Like many other stencil companies, we do not charge a restocking fee.

Shipping:

Orders under $24.99 are shipped standard US Mail (to save you money!) and arrive within 5-7 business days. Orders over $24.00 typically weigh more than the 13 oz allowed for standard mail and are shipped Priority mail, which typically takes 3-4 business days. Of course, we cannot control the US postal service and these delivery times are only estimates since many things (including the weather) that could hinder the delivery times of your package.

Lost or stolen packages:

If the tracking on your package shows the order as “delivered”, we are no longer responsible for your order. Your issue now would be with US Postal service.

International Shipping:

We do not ship internationally due to the fact that our stencils are heavy and must be shipped flat. The post office will not accept a flat package to other countries. You can order our products from Rustic Farmhouse Charm in Australia

Payment types accepted:

The payment processing company for our website is Paypal where you can either pay with your Paypal account or with any credit card without having a paypal account. Paypal is one of the safest methods of on-line payment in the world and is completely secure.

Trade discounts:

We do not offer trade discounts since we have always kept our product prices as reasonable as possible, with a lower than average profit margin. We want to make it as easy as possible for you, the customer, to afford the designs you want for your decorating projects.

We are such a busy company that we barely have time to breathe let alone to invest the hours and hours it takes to develop custom stencil designs.

We do not offer wholesale accounts at this time.

We use our website as our catalog and do not offer a print version of our designs since we constantly add new designs.
