Raised Plaster with Mosaic Beauty!

Georgia Bechtel has discovered that plaster stenciling can add a whole new look to existing decorating projects.

The way I see it, not only does she have the creativity to do her own mosaic design to embellish her walls, but then, she adds to it by adding a Raised Plaster Frame.

But check this out: See the very top of the frame? She took it upon herself to change the design by adding to the top, possibly sliding the center stone upward and filling in the bottom? She improved it to say the least because what she did creates just that little "extra touch" that makes the design now perfect! Georgia, you're VERY creative!
