What did we all ever do right to be blessed with such artist's as Ron Hansen?

Ron is a professional and it's no wonder why. The talent here is beyond belief.

Ron's group has been working on a church and these are just some of the designs they are doing in Raised Plaster. Incredible aren't they?

Raised plaster dates back to gothic times (and I don't mean tattooed, dressed in black with spiked hair and nose rings "gothic" either)... I mean from the ancient castles and cathedrals of long ago. That exquisite art that still today graces the walls and ceilings of medieval buildings that have excited for literally centuries.

With Plaster Art being revived in a huge way, more and more artists are finding the reward of working with this simple, powdery product to create such detail in a raised form, I'm sure you will see much more of it in the coming months and years in our favorite decor magazines and on television shows.

Though Ron's form of plaster art is considerably more involved than what I show you within these pages, presenting him here shows you just what can be done with plaster.

Ron has shared many, many photos with me which I will continue to add as I find time. Since they are much too valuable not to share!
