Here she used our Raised Plaster Canterbury Frieze Design to encase the ceiling. She pre-tinted the joint compound before applying to save time. No need to paint afterward!

She used another stencil to do a colorful design around the light fixture.

Designer's tip:

Any raised stencil design can be used to create a medallion on the ceiling. Simply choose to plaster it in a circle, oval, square or rectangle and feel free to make it as large as you wish! Even vine designs can be used in a free-form fashion to create straight designs. You can also use them as borders on the inside of your ceiling.
