Two Tones of Gold

Johanna Annable has quickly
become one of my favorite Faux Artists. Her creativity and imagination just amaze me to no end. See other projects by her in other categories. This wall finish, even though the entire photo includes cast plaster work, featured gold toned tree branches from our Raised Plaster Life-size Tree Stencil that I just had to feature alone. The soft, muted beige background is the perfect setting for two tones of gold branches, one on top of the other. The look is so elegant that it's breath taking and I love it so much that I am considering doing her idea on the walls of the 12 foot guest bath in our home in Idaho. I love soft colors, I love metallics on walls... combine the two and you wind up with a wall design that is soothing. Something that seems to make you just melt when you enter the room. And isn't that what our homes are all about? A place where we instantly relax and take a breath? I'm sure as time passes, you will see more and more of Johanna's work here on the Victoria Larsen website as she and I seem to stay in close contact with updates of her magnificent work!
